where does my rubbish go?

reduce, reuse, recycleThere are a number of ways we can get rid of rubbish. Each one has a different effect on the environment. The government has recently outlined how it will deal with all rubbish in its latest waste strategy using a mixture of the following ways.

Your local council has to recycle a certain amount of rubbish. They provide special places where you can take your rubbish to be recycled or reused.
