Where materials are sourced from and how they are produced can have a significant effect on the environmental impact of packaging.

We are all aware that you need natural resources to produce anything including packaging, however many businesses are now turning to recycled products and more sustainable alternatives.

Forest Stewardship Council A.COne of these sustainable alternatives is material which is sourced from FSC regulated forests. Packaging which carries the The Forest Stewardship Council trademark are "independently certified to assure consumers that they come from forests that are managed to meet the social, economic and ecological needs of present and future generations".
